Tell The Truth

LETS TALK ABOUT BEING REALISTIC and and building a business. That means putting yourself on track to build. Always tell the truth.

If this was a TRADITIONAL brick and mortar business, you’d expect to spend hundreds of thousands in start up, and maybe not even break even for years. NETWORKING is NOT Traditional in that realm, but it DOES take work and effort, and you can NOT expect to be rich in a few months or even a year. It takes longer than that.

As you talk to people be sure to tell the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth. We have a GREAT industry, and a solid future. I believe fully in network marketing and feel those in now, are ahead of the shift to the future world. There is big money in this industry, however, it is NOT money without working or not something that happens over night.
When you talk to people, please tell them the truth. There is simply NO way to create massive tremendous incomes, without some good hard work. They really have 3 options

1. They can do this business part-time by focusing, staying with it and working steadily and eventually get there, but it will take much longer part time.

2. They can tighten their belt, and do this full time by living on savings and working hard and aggressive for 6 mo-1year, but I don’t recommend that for someone with NO experience. It takes a good year to fully UNDERSTAND the business.

3. They can sign up to be a wholesale customer, and just use the products or services and see what they think. If they like them, they can chose to build part time or full time later.

Those are realistic options.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
IF THEY DON’T SEE THIS DON’T – DRAG ANYONE ALONG!
Either people see the future or they won’t. Learn to SORT and not sell. When talking to people, you want to invite those that truly want a future to join you.
If they don’t, then you do NOT want them in your organization. You can NOT drag someone over the finish line. In this business , honesty is EVERYTHING.
There will be many times when you will be faced with situations that require moral decisions. You may find things that perhaps no one will know but you, yet I believe it is best to be honest and fair. We need to raise the standards in this industry and treat others right. Offer to support those you sponsor but NEVER offer to do the work for them.
I am VERY guilty sometimes of doing just that and have learned the hard way. I’ve found that those you do the MOST for will be the ones that hurt you the worst. People have to learn to grow on their own and build their own groups and take responsibility.
As you grow, you will barely have time to accomplish the things you need to do yourself. I think if you are totally honest with those you sign up, you’ll create a stronger team.
Teach people to be INDEPENDENT. Be there for them but teach them to work and grow.
NEEDED NUMBERS TO SUCCEED
One of the flaws I see is just unrealistic expectations. In order to succeed in a big way, you must continue sponsoring and personally sign up many people. No one ever made a 6 or 7 figure income by just sponsoring 2 or 3 people. Most of the HUGE $$$ earners have sponsored (over time) a minimum of 100 or more people personally. There are exceptions to the rule,but that is a realistic number, I’d say. NOW that does NOT happen OVERNIGHT, and it happens ONE person at a time. Success breeds success. With each person you sign up, it becomes easier, and you learn from trial and error.
PRACTICE PRACTICE PRACTICE – Practice makes perfect and you will bet better
and better.
Duplication is critical and key to your success. KEEP IT SIMPLE, the simpler the better. I learned the hard way that you do NOT need to mail out videos, audio’s and tons of material to prospects. I used to do that, NOT ANYMORE. You may think you’re doing a prospect a favor by sending them a huge box of stuff. NOT TRUE. I’ve had people send me a HUGE package on their opportunities, and been very impressed with what they sent. HOWEVER, in the back of my mind, I have thought, WOW this is AWESOME…gee that must have cost them $10 or $20 to send. If I did this with them, I’d have to do the same thing, and then I calculate the cost, and decide it’s too costly. So while impressive, it’s simply NOT duplicable.
These days, I work 90% online. I talk to people, and talk to people, and more people. It’s a sorting process. I’ve met people that tell me how great they are, and I say NEXT. I am looking for people that want to work, help others, and build with us, not people that have to brag and talk. Most of the time those types, are all talk. I say actions speak louder than words, SHOW ME, don’t tell me.
NO one in this industry at any time, has ever succeeded and made it to those big checks by sponsoring only 2 or 3 people personally. It simply does not happen. Be prepared to recruit and teach others how to do the same thing, and your group will grow. Also be prepared to build a customer base and service those customers. A business without customers is a dead business.
Network marketing offers a GREAT future and I fully believe in it. It’s the only business I’ve ever seen where you can take an average person, who invests less than $100 or $200, and their time, and they can rise to incomes only dreamed of. Unfortunately for many, they quit or give up just before they would have made it big. You never know who that next person you talk to may be, or how they may do.
When was the last time you met a millionaire who made it to the top in his spare time and only when he “felt” like working on it?
It usually does not happen…it takes work and effort.
Prosperity and success are a full-time venture. If you want to make your goals, you must plug forward and put forth the effort. If you want this to work, and you want it to succeed, commit to putting forth all your time and effort into this for a MINIMUM of 1-2 years before evaluating where you are.
Just be sure to tell the Truth!
Tips On Building An MLM Team
I have had many people ask me for tips on building an mlm team so I thought I’d share a few points to remember as you begin your climb to the top:
1. Trying to manage your downline is time wasted. Doing things for others that they should be doing for themselves creates cripples. Be there to help and support them but let them LEARN. Be there to support them but not smother them.
2. Do not attempt to drag friends and families into your organization then attempt to do it for them. If they do NOT see the big picture, there is NOTHING you can do. Trying to drag them across the finish line usually only alienates them and frustrates you. If they say NO, celebrate. Be thankful you don’t have to waste more time, trying to convince them.
3.Remember, that no never means no forever. It just means the timing is not right in their life right them. Put them on a 6 month list, with a date and VOW not to mention your business to them again for 6 months. If they ask you about it, try not to discuss it with them…..make them come to you. When they see that you are doing well, and not hounding them to death, they may change their minds. If so, great. If not, great. One way or the other it really does not matter. Just keep moving forward.
4. Support members of your group by helping them when they ask for help or request your help. Do not attempt to take charge and do things when not asked. It’s best to teach them to become independent.
5 Do NOT be offended when new downline members take off on their own and doesn’t call you every day, asking you to do everything them. Be thankful, because they have leadership qualities. Let them form their own organizations and build.
6. Everyone has the ability to do great things. Usually those that lean on their uplines for every single thing are the ones that fail. There is a fine line there. Be creative, and try some ideas on your own.
7. If you want to earn more than your upline leader, just go out and be more productive then them, and you can pass them by. The life of any organization is bringing in new members and teaching them to do the same.
8. This is a business of duplication. People will do what you do. If you are recruiting, and training, your downline will be recruiting and training. IF you are trying to MANAGE they will to, and your group will not prosper. Babysitting is a very ineffective way to build a business. Teach self sufficiency and you will grow.
9. Do NOT make the mistake of recruiting, and then stopping to work with those you recruited. ALWAYS your # 1 priority should be prospecting and recruiting. NEVER STOP RECRUITING. Talk to new folks EVERY day. If you are not talking to others about your business, you are NOT working, pure and simple. Share the products, and the opportunity DAILY.
10. Be sure to keep your goals before you. Don’t Make excuses JUST DO IT. You can make money OR excuses but never both.
11. NEVER ever pay someone’s way into the business. That is the worst thing you could do. By doing that you teach your downline the same thing and those that had their way paid into something, usually make the very worst distributors, and drop out anyway. If someone is serious about the business, they will find a way to get the money. Sometimes people use the lack of money for an excuse because they really don’t want to do it but don’t want to say no. JUST SAY Next… THAT is VERY important. In my career, several times I loaned folks money, or tried to help them out by buying products and NEVER once did any of them I helped amount to anything, and NONE are here today. ALL ended up stabbing us in the back, because they were looking for EXCUSES. They can make money or excuses.
12. Teach people to become a PRODUCT of the PRODUCT. USE the products, experiment, see what they do for you and become very familiar with the benefits. Know your products. USE YOUR PRODUCTS. IF you won’t use your own products, how would you expect anyone else to. Develop your story and your own knowledge by regular use of the products. That only happens when you use the products yourself…you can NOT expect to build a business with products you do not know, and love and use yourself….it just never works.
13. Cream always rises to the top. Look for leaders, they will be obvious. Spend 80% of your time working with the leaders in your downline. Everyone should be in touch 2-3 times per month, with at least their front line people. Teach them to do the same, and build with them. If one of them does not work, or drops out, simply look for the next leader in that leg and work with them. DO NOT CHASE FOLKS. Leaders will come to you. Work closely with your sponsor and upline.
15. The correct way to support a large organization or a growing downline is simply teaching them to pass on these 3 words: YOU CALL ME. If someone needs something, they can call you or Instant Message you or text you. You’ll find as your group grows it is IMPOSSIBLE to stay in touch with everyone. That is why we are building a NETWORK. In a network, each person should develop a friendship and relationship with at least 2 uplines and also their downline. Build a team and family.
16. Always be their for your downline to give morals support, training, coaching and help them when they ask for assistance in closing prospects, but NEVER do for them what they must learned to do for themselves. Create GIANTS not cripples.
17. People that have learned to develop leadership skills, have enthusiasm, and a good visions for the future and a willingness to put forth the required effort to build an organization, usually will attract and find others who will do the same. Successful recruiters must be enthusiastic, very sincere, and believable.
18. Lighten up, have fun and take it ONE DAY AT A TIME. Read the rest of this entry
How I Found Network Marketing
Many people ask me how I found Network Marketing….. I GUESS YOU COULD SAY I WAS DEFINITELY WAS LOOKING FOR AN ALTERNATIVE. I was burned out on trading hours for dollars.
It was at that time on this job, and quite by accident, that I was FIRST introduced to the WORLD of NETWORK MARKETING.
Wait…..take that back, years earlier when my children were very small, I had HEARD of the big A company, and had been invited to several dinners where they don’t tell you why you came, so the folks could draw the circles on the board and show you how you would get rich.
We even got involved with friends for a short short time but found it more of a social club to us that a real business. Anyone remember those days??? They would invite you to weekly meetings, where you would pay to go, and afterwards the whole gang would go out to eat or something. They told you the products were cheaper because they were concentrated, yet it always ended up costing a lot more. They also charged fees to people to join and renew. I guess they were the FIRST to launch the field of networking, yet to me they were the hardest. I never understood why they would not tell you their name OR why they had to hide the fact they wanted you to join a business.
My impression was not good because I felt it dishonest to invite people to your home on false pretenses so needless to say, that was NOT for me.
To me that didn’t count and was YEARS AND YEARS before and nothing I saw as serious answer.
While looking for a way out, I started to read about Network Marketing. I also was NOT on the INTERNET at home at the time. In fact, I still had an APPLE II E at home and that was just for minor games and things.
ENTER MY FIRST LOOK at REAL NETWORK MARKETING!
It came in the MAIL. Hmmmm DIRECT MAIL. It was actually a letter, on high grade light colored stationary and it talked about a couple where the man had gotten hurt on the job and was not able to work, was BROKE and at the end of his rope??..BUT THEN?? enter the SOLUTION.
The letter said he found a company and now was making mega bucks, with his family. I called a toll free number to ask more and was told ALL I had to do was to sign up with them, and them they would give me a copy of this letter, which had my id on it. I would copy them, and mail them out and THEY would take the calls for me.
At the time, I was DEFINITELY Not someone that would pick up the phone or take calls from strangers, so this sounded pretty incredible to me. They would take the calls, and all I had to do was MAIL.
Sounded like Heaven…..right?
I thought GEE… I can do that! I can build a 2nd income this way, so if and when my company crashes, I would have an INCOME I was EXCITED but I still had questions and LOTS of them.
I spent several evenings checking and talking to the folks. I wanted to know about the ID # on the letter and who it belonged to since they were doing the calls for people. I wanted the name, and to know more about them.
I guess I asked so many questions, that they must have been sick of me :)) They finally told me my letter was from a gal in North Dakota named Michelle. She later became a good friend and several years later, my hubby and I flew out to meet her, and we all had a whirlwind trip through North and South Dakota, which was ONLY my 2nd time EVER in a plane. (I’m getting ahead of myself)
Anwyay at the time when they asked if I wanted to talk to this gal, I almost passed out. After all this was a STRANGER! I was NOT about to call a stranger. I had called the 800 # to ask about an Advertisement but that was DIFFERENT. This was calling a LIVE stranger at her home. GASP!!!!! They told me to expect a call from her the next night.
I remember the evening she called as if it was yesteday. I was SO NERVOUS.
However, she really was a talker and she was so bubbly and incredible that we hit it right off. She was brand new too and I guess looking back, she was EXCITED because I think I must have been her first answer to the letters she was mailing. We hit it off and I decided to jump in and mail letters too with her.
So I became a person with a FULL TIME Day job, and an OFFLINE Network Marketer by night. Funny I didn?t even ask about products or company, NEVER thought of that at the time I was REALLY GREEN.
At first it was sort of like a HOBBY or a fun game. I was doing SOMETHING that I thought would give me security and it was FUN. THinking back, it was also kind of like the dark ages, with NO PC. GEEZ, what a bunch of nuts we were. Mailing letters to strangers all across the country, with no plan other than to TRUST these other strangers that were going to take our calls and build us a business too.
We were giving a master copy of the letter with these folks story. Thinking back now, it is a shame we did not have a crystal ball to see the ending. What we did then, NOW makes NO Sense to me, but we did what we were told by the UPLINE. We made copies and followed their directions to the T.
Anyway, neither of us had any experience, so it was the blind leading the blind. Our upline instructed us to mail out a few thousand canned letters, with our id# and their 800 number and we were told they would handle the calls for us. To me that was like heaven, because I was quite shy and so were thrilled that they had this great system. It seems too good to be true.
LESSON # 1 If it seems to good to be TRUE…. Is usually IS.
Basics of SEO
If you are already running an Internet marketing campaign or are looking into expanding your marketing online, one traffic source you cannot afford to overlook or ignore on is search engine optimization (SEO). SEO is one of the most popular buzz words in Internet marketing but is not simple and is often too confusing for most business owners who are not SEO experts, to grasp and implement profitably. Even those who are knowledgeable about SEO may have difficulty executing their SEO strategies to produce the desired affect in many cases
So here is a little background on SEO
Well known search engines such as Google rank websites according to complex algorithms which are designed to determine which websites are most relevant for particular search terms. Google truly wants  and tries to give their customers (searchers) what they want.  In order to take advantage and get ranked, you need to structure your site and content with as much optimization as possible. This is important because most Internet users rely heavily on these rankings. It is not uncommon for Internet users to only review the first few results when they search for a particular term. So if your website ranks high enough to appear on the first page of the search results you will likely enjoy increased website traffic. However, if your website doesn’t make it to the first page or even the second page, it is unlikely you will receive a great deal of website traffic from visitors who use search engines.
Now that you understand why search engine rankings are so important you might wonder how to achieve these rankings.  Because of the complexity of SEO, and it being an expertise of its own, the easiest way to optimize your website is to hire a SEO specialist to do the work for you.
The algorithms used by search engines can be rather complex and include a number of different factors. Some of the common factors in the equation include:
  • Keyword density
  • META tags
  • Titles
  • Inbound links
  • Website traffic and content
  • Video, and more
Keyword density refers to the number of times a particular keyword is used in the content of your website. The theory behind this concept is that website which use a keyword often are likely extremely relevant to that keyword, however, overuse of that keyword may result in penalties to the website if the search engine deemed the keywords are not being used appropriately.
 META tags are pieces of HTML code which some search engines use in evaluating the content of a website. Placing keywords in these tags can be beneficial in some search engines. However, care should be taken to avoid placing irrelevant keywords in these tags as this may result in your website being penalized.
Inbound links are also used by some search engines to rank websites. Inbound links refer to links on other websites which point to your website. In evaluating the worth of these inbound links, some search engines consider the rank of the website providing the link to your website. This means you should ensure the website providing inbound links to your website are high ranking websites to receive the most benefit from these links.
Finally, the content on your website can do a great deal to increase your search engine rankings. Most SEO firms retain a staff of writers who are skilled at providing quality content which is also optimized for relevant keywords. If you hire a SEO firm who does not providing copy-writing services you should invest in hiring a professional writer yourself. This will help to ensure the copy on your website is not only valuable to your visitors but also considered valuable to search engines.
VERY IMPORTANT
With all of this said, SEO is not for everyone, especially if you are just starting out.  It is important for you to understand the basics and to optimize your site the best that you can as you add content.  However,  in many cases, paid search or PPC is much more effective starting out and for figuring out what keywords are important to rank for.
NEVER EVER attempt SEO paid or on your own, until you have first ran PPC campaigns to know what keywords will make you money!  You might spend hundreds or thousands of dollars and months of time trying to get to #1 for a keyword you think is important, only to find out that no one clicks on it, or if they do, they are not in the buying mindset.  Or maybe your site does not convert.  It is much wiser to risk a couple hours of ad words setup and a few hundred dollars to find this out, then months and thousands of dollars.  So  ALWAYS, run PPC and know what keywords make you money before trying to rank for them!
How to Use Relationship Marketing in Your MLM
I wrote another article about general relationship marketing for any business.  Here is an excerpt of the definition of relationship marketing and the article:
“What Is Relationship Marketing?”
Simply put, relationship marketing puts the word custom back in customer.  Thanking Customers With Greeting Cards It seems pretty simple , right? It seems to be a no brainer, but relationship marketing relatively rare in  business and marketing circles.  The focus now is on attracting customers rather than keeping them – a term referred to as offensive marketing.  It is absolutely crazy that businesses no longer have a focus of keeping existing customers, or even a balance between generating new customers and keeping current ones. Relationship marketing will make all the difference in the world, not to mention it can save you and your business money.
Relationship marketing evolved from direct response marketing in the 1960’s, emerging in the 80’s to become a system that places emphasis on building longer term relationships with  customers rather than simply a single transaction.  This marketing philosophy means that you understand the customer’s needs as they change and go through their buying life cycle.  Put another way, offering a range of products/services, as your customers need change and they actually need those products or services.
You can read the complete article here.
So how do you apply this in your MLM with your downline?
Some people might think that once you have signed up a new downline member your job is done.  We all know that is not true. But, maybe you help them get started, they have a couple sign ups and then you are done, right?
Absolutely not!
Whether your new team members take off fast or get cold feet and stand still, you need to continue to “market” to them.  Yes, even AFTER they have joined.  You do this by continuing to build a relationship through FB, email, newsletters, and most importantly, physical greeting cards to check in on them, encourage them, wish them a happy birthday, send condolences as needed, and more.
By utilizing greeting cards in your relationship marketing with your downline, you will keep them engaged, and eventually your sleepers may “wake up” and become incredible producers where you once thought they were dormant or not going to contribute.  More importantly, you are showing care and concern form them as a person, not just a business associate or potential income, and this type of attitude of caring and concern will make you more successful personally and business wise in the long run.  Click here to send a card to someone in your organization right now!
Questions to Help You Qualify a Prospect
In other articles I have spoken about how important it is to qualify your prospects so that you only spend your valuable time on those who have true potential to join and  help build your team.  Some people are wondering, what type of questions do you ask them to find out if they are a quality prospect?
Here are few examples of questions you can ask.
Prospecting QuestionsHow many hours a week can you commit to growing your business?  If they cannot commit any time, then they are not serious.  They should not  give excuses.  If they say they only have 5 hours a week, then that is fine, that is what you work with, but they need to give a firm commitment on how much time they can spend, and not be wishy washy, or say they “might” or thy will “try”, they need to say they can and will!
How much can you invest per month in marketing and lead generation to grow your business?
They need to have some type of budget, even if it is only enough to print and hand out fliers or to do $50 in pay per click a month.  They need to have some commitment.
How much do you want to make a month in your first 6 months?
Set some expectations and see where your prospect stands, and if their goals are realistic in respect with the time and money they can commit.  You can reword this question to e 3 months, 1 year, 2 years, etc.  As a matter of fact it is best to get them to commit to several milestones.
There are many other questions you can ask or variations of the above.  The key is to get a feel for their enthusiasm and commitment.  But note, not all will be super enthusiastic at first, many will need to be more educated or have fears eased.  However, if they can give these base commitments on any level, and have goals, they are a qualified prospect you should continue to work with over time, vs. those who are simply looking to get rich overnight.
How to Build Your MLM Business with Greeting Cards
Let’s face it.  There is no overnight miracle to getting rich and wealthy in MLM or anything unless you just get lucky and win the lottery.  No matter how much hype someone tells you about their MLM and how much money you can make, the fact is that it takes dedication, time, and investment to grow your business.  Each person has to determine how much of each thatGreeting Card Business they can dedicate to becoming successful, and then be consistent with it. If you can only dedicate one hour a week, then that is what you need to do and you need to maximize that one hour.  If you can dedicate an hour a day, great, but be consistent and maximize that time.
It does not matter what network marketing opportunity you have decided to pursue, you will still need to find leads and prospects for both your business opportunity and your products, and then follow up with those leads.  In most cases, you are not going to get a new lead, no matter how qualified, to sign up with you on first contact.  It is going to take some time to build relationships.  In fact sometimes it can take a month, months, or year to get someone to come on board.  That’s ok.  Why?  Because when they come on board you want them ready to work and build the business, right?
This is why it is important to build your relationship with prospects the right way, and the right way consists of being interested in them and finding out about them, and then using those facts and information to keep in touch over a period of time so that once they are ready, you are there.
One of the best ways to keep in touch is through physical greeting cards and Greeting Card Businesssmall token gifts.  Yes, an email or an autoresponder is helpful and great for handing masses of unqualified prospects.  But, once you have personally spoken to a prospect, it is then time to move them into a different category and treat them with a personal touch.
To do this, it is simple.  Send them an old fashion greeting card!  You can go to the store and pick them out, or you can do it a super easy, and easy to mange way, and end the cards online.  Yes, you can choose, customize, and mail your card online.  Not an eCard, a good old fashion card that your prospect will have to go to their mailbox to get!n When your prospect sees that you took the time to send them a physical greeting card through the mail, their will think of you differently and not as someone just trying to push them into a business or take their money.
One of the easiest ways to send greeting cards, and even set up campaigns so that your prospect gets one on their birthday, holidays, etc is to use CardsMadeSimple.com. Go try this out and you can see how easy it is to send greeting cards to engage your prospects.
Types of MLM Compensation
Sometimes it can get a little confusing as to how you are compensated when you start and mlm or network marketing business.  Even if your upline explains it to you, you might still have some questions or confusion, so below I have tried to summarize the different types of compensation in MLMTypes of MLM Compensation companies.
In multi-level marketing, the independent agents are compensated depending on the volume they sell and/or the new agents that they recruit. It is very important to learn about the types of MLM compensation plans and choose the right one for you.
There are five types of MLM compensation:
a) Binary compensation:
It involves the application of two legs that can be run like business centers.
You sell the products from each of these legs and compute the volume of sales in each of them.
You must balance out the sales volume in the two legs. This ensures that one business center is not too idle as the other one is filled with a buzz of activity.
Compensation is based on the volume of sales per leg. This is obviously an advantage because you have two legs, and two is better than one.
b) Matrix compensation:
In this type of compensation, there is a high application of computer technology.
Compensation is based on the new agents you recruit. With a new agent you recruit, the computer searches for a free spot in its matrix and allocates them.
You can over-ride this system if you specify the exact place you want the recruit to be placed. You get compensated for recruiting.
c)Stair-step compensation:
It basically involves compensation via promotions. You must achieve a certain sales volume in order to achieve a rank.
With each promotion, there is more money.
The promotion is usually monthly, but you cannot get promoted unless you reach the relevant sales volume.
d) Uni-level compensation:
In this type of compensation, there is no promotion for agents or ranking. The company will compensate you on the number of levels.
Compensation occurs when you have a sales volume that is over and above a certain level that is preset.
The more times you sell above the set sales volume, the more money you make.
e) Break-away compensation:
Here, your business will be required to reach a certain level of success, beyond which it does not become part of your payments.
Your business will “break away” from your compensation pool.
This type of compensation is not really preferred because it could lead to the an eventual drop off or death of your business.
In order to choose the right type, make sure that it is not too complicated for you to operate. Most important of all, make sure that it is making you money.  Finally, if you have questions, ask your sponsor or the person you are considering joining.  The last thing you want is a misunderstanding when starting your new business!
Network Marketing Can Be A Solution
I’m very grateful for my life today. That was not always the case. I was a stay at home mom We were happy but lived from paycheck to paycheck and there was never enough money to go on vacations or do anything extra.
Once my children entered school, we found the school system in our state not the best, so I went to work part time to pay for a private school for them. Once they got older, I decided to find a great full time job with benefits. I found a wonderful company within a mile of my house and took a traditional JOB.
Things were looking up and we had a little more income so we could do a little more. After about 8 or 9 years, things started to change. They layoffs started. WHile I didn’t get laid off, each week they would walk out 40 or 50 people. Because it was in the defense contracting industry, they would pay them 2 weeks severance pay, but they had to leave the day they came to tell them. Over the next couple of years, the company went from 2700 down to about 800 people, and everyone was doing the work of 2 or 3 people. I went from a fun 8-5 job to one that was more like 7 or 7 or even later, sometimes 6 or 7 days a week.
I began to search for a way out, and got introduced to Network Marketing. At the time, I had No experience or no clue if this was good or bad. I only knew that the job world was not working and I didn’t want to end up dead or dead broke.
Do you believe Network Marketing can be a solution for you as well? I never dreamed it could but found out i was wrong.
So I went to work, studied and taught myself to become independent. I made mistakes along the way but learned from them and moved to the next step and the next.
Today, my children are grown, and I have 5 grandchildren (3 in college). Because of the NWM industry, I have true freedom. I am able to vacation, and come and go as I please.
I always wanted to travel and see the world. I’ve been all over the USA, seeing many places. I’ve been to Alaska (my favorite) 3 times, on Alaskan Cruises. I’ve been to many other countries and seen some very amazing sites. As I’m sharing this, I’m getting ready to take a Rhine River Cruise thru Amsterdam and Germany.
My life is much different. I can come and go and still have an income that is much greater than back when I was working 60-70 hours a week. I have no debts. I drive the car I choose and I’m able to help others reach their dreams.
You may have heard NWM doesn’t work, but I can tell you different. It works IF you work. It does take work and effort. It does not make you rich just joining company after company. It does not work if you are not willing to work it. However If you are willing to work, it can work for you as it has for me.
There is life and hope outside the traditional JOB world. It worked for me and it can work for you if you start to dream again.
